Enjoyed the classic charm of this place, with delicious food and incredibly friendly staff.

The hotel was ideal for us - just off the main road and very comfortable. Late night check in was perfect.

very nice guy at the front desk didn't help much and gave us directions on everything. We got the room with the terrace, it was very quiet and you could go out to the terrace and sit for a while, to see the road. bathroom was very spacious and room too.

The hotel is in the middle of a polygon, there is nothing nearby, well yes, a funeral home that we saw from the window. If you want to go to Valladolid you have to go by car, park where the reception man indicated us very kindly, and walk a little bit, the breakfast is not buffet, you have to go to the cafeteria and ask it to some gentlemen with a grumpy face who seems to be there because they don't know where the exit is. The price includes a juice, a coffee and a piece of pastry, that the first day, the second day they told us that this time we could choose a sandwich from the ones they have at the bar. But the second day was better, it seems that they are more attentive if there are less guests or if you repeat.

The place was perfectly clean with friendly staff, big and spotless rooms featuring hypoallergenic pillows, a great location surrounded by cafés and bars, and a nice restaurant in the bar area - nothing seemed to be too much trouble here.

I ate at a great restaurant at the bar too. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were air conditioning, a mini bar and a work desk too.

The staff was affable and pleasant, some of them especially. The room was spacious and ideal, it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet.The location was magnificent and perfect, conveniently close to the airport.

Enjoyable Stay with Great Amenities

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Valladolid. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel also had a lovely bar area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The breakfast in the morning was more than adequate and provided a good start to the day. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited options on the restaurant menu and the road access to the hotel being a bit tricky, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Valladolid.

Perhaps better choice of breakfast; Better information in bedroom about the Hotel and facilities. Perhaps dinner served earlier for travellers like ourselves.

The hotel is ideal, it has immaculate rooms and excellent employees. There is a good choice of great food for breakfast. It has marvellous and magnificent location in Valladolid near food venues and Santander ferry port.

Comfortable, spacious rooms with big cozy beds and a large bathroom 🛁. The layout and interior design are on point. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Desing, comfort and elegant, and very quite at night, as the hotel is not in city centre and only 5 minutes to the airport as I have to flight back to england early the next morning, I did have a very good sleep.

Difficult to reach, one way system. Parking in the street. Garage parking complicated, via lift.Staff hardly spoke english. Dinner in the bar good, but breakfast very poor.
